Meg is a great yoga instructor! Her class is well paced and she gives the perfect amount of instructions to keep class focused and productive but leaves enough space for you to develop your own yoga practice. Meg is such a calm fun teacher. I have literally never tried yoga before but Meg offers a great balance of flexibility and strength poses so I don't always feel lost. As someone who has always played intense sports I am finding that thanks to these yoga sessions I am feeling stronger and safer when I exercise and my recovery time does feel like it's getting shorter. Hello community! just want to share my thoughts about the Yoga Yogi class. I've enjoyed practicing Yoga before, but haven't had the chance to regularly keep up with it. I'm very glad this opportunity has been provided for this city. In the short time here, I'm slowly becoming addicted to the time focused in this activity. Not only for the exercise, but also find peace of mind and spirit in this class, with the help of our great instructor Meghyn. She is patient, knowledgeable, kind, fun, and so on. From challenging physical poses to regulating breathing techniques, I feel this is full learning experience. I hope to continue and wish the community to grow. I love these classes! I am a beginner having only ever before taken the odd random class but every week I am learning. My favourite part is the last ten minutes of relaxation. Meghyn's voice is amazing. So soothing and I feel so relaxed and peaceful afterwards.
